About me

Meet the owner, Nick Mesnard. He holds a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science and a Masters of Science in Applied Exercise Physiology. He is currently working on his PhD in Kinesiology, with a focus on Human Movement Science. Nick is a Certified Personal Trainer, Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Human Movement Specialist, Integrated Manual Therapist, Nutritionist, and Health Coach. Nick has been training for 8 years, youth athletes to professionals and newcomers to exercise to experienced lifters of all ages. 

Nick Specializes in weight loss, strength and conditioning, corrective exercise, and nutrition. Living an active lifestyle has always been a part of Nick’s life as he was a college athlete, playing basketball at Defiance College. He works with his clients to not only achieve their goals but to develop great habits that they will carry along with them even when they are done working with him. With our Customized Exercise and Nutrition Plans, you can work out at your convenience without ever sacrificing quality! Our personalized exercise and nutrition programs are set up to fit your exact needs no matter if you have a home gym, go to a local gym, or have a few sets of dumbbells at home! Our app provides detailed guidance on what to do and how much to do, and even provides video demonstrations of each exercise, so you can be confident you're performing each exercise correctly.

Plus, with access to our Volt Performance and Evolution Nutrition app, you can track your progress and receive workouts delivered straight to your device. Your virtual fitness coach will be available to answer any questions you have, hold you accountable for success, and ensure that you're following your plans and staying on track, with text access to your fitness coach via the app, you can receive support whenever and wherever you need it.

The Evolution Nutrition app provides you with 4400 pre-made meal plans and there are options for everyone! Your certified Nutrition coach can also make a completely customized meal plan for you, this meal plan will provide you with all of your meals throughout the day with instructions on how to cook them!
